"I have been dealing with Danielle Howard's State Farm insurance company for some 40 years. Prior to Danielle, I dealt with her mom Grace Robinson who started this business. Over these many years I've had my share of claims and they have been stellar in their responsiveness, knowledge, and courtesy. The staff is very helpful, someone always gets back to me in a timely manner. When I have had questions, Danielle and her team know how to guide me through the troubleshooting and provide me a prompt answer. If they don't know the answer, they research it and get back to me. I bundle my car and home owners insurance and they make sure I get all the discounts that apply. I also know that as a business, they have a strong community presence and give back to the community. All in all, they are the type of small business that has earned my respect and deserve to be supported for their integrity and customer service."

"​I have been a loyal client of State Farm and Danielle Howard for 7 years, but my recent experience has been appalling. My car suffered roadway hole damages, and when I reached out for help, I was met with silence, and later — blatant lies. ​Danielle claimed she replied to my text messages, but my phone showed zero incoming communications. When I confronted her, she promised to send screenshots as "evidence" of her replies. She never sent them. It is clear she was being dishonest about her lack of responsiveness. ​When I tried to resolve the issue, her attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. After 7 years of business, she abruptly told me she would no longer communicate via phone and suggested I find another agent. Instead of helping a long-term client with a claim, she chose to be defensive and hostile because I left a review about my experience. ​Her "above and beyond" service, which she claims to provide, is non-existent. In the past, she only did minor tasks like notarizing forms at a coffee shop. Now that I actually need professional insurance support, she has abandoned her responsibilities. ​Avoid this office if you expect honesty, reliability, and professional ethics. A very disappointing end to a 7-year business relationship."
